Call her “Big V” As a sales associate at Decorus Realty℠, Vesna facilitates transactions that help her clients realize their real estate dreams and goals in Miami and its environs (she calls the area “Big M”). When asked why she selected Decorus Realty, Vesna stated: “I joined Decorus Realty℠ because owners David and Gabriel uniquely understand the needs of real estate clients, including real estate buyers who are sophisticated real estate investors, and have developed a one-stop service approach delivered by highest quality associates, broker-associates and strategic partners that helps to build strong, enduring relationships of trust. I also like the agility of the relatively young, fast growing brokerage of Decorus Realty℠ in refining and innovating business processes that benefits clients, employees and associates.

Vesna finds Big M to be a unique real estate proposition for residential and commercial buyers and sellers from across America and the globe. For her, the operative term is Big M is Diverse and that big diversity fuels its growth and development and importance as the other gateway to the US next to New York City. And, the Diversity brought her here in the first place. She is frequently heard commenting: “Where else in the US can you regularly engage, if you so choose, with others in their native Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese and several other languages in business conversations and as you walk the beach Where else today in the US are developers and their architect/partners actively tapping into the thirst for 360-degree real estate worldviews of the most exacting real estate buyers” For your real estate service needs and your Big Goals as a seller or buyer in South Florida, most especially in the world class communities of Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour and Surfside, as well as Boca Raton, contact Big V directly at 305.690.7051.

She has foreign language skills that include French, Spanish, Farsi (limited) and my native language of Serbo-Croatian (i.e., Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian). A bit more about Vesna: A 1970 immigrant from the ex-Yugoslavia republic of Serbia, product of the Cleveland, Ohio public education system and a chemical engineering graduate of Cleveland’s Case Western Reserve University, Vesna has led a professional life with several chapters, each reinforcing her brand of highest ethics, a hard work ethic, intellectual curiosity and a fierce intelligence. At Case and her very first job, she was nicknamed Big V, not for her stature, but for her infectious zest for big, challenging goals. Texaco brought her to Southeast Texas. Later, in Big D (Dallas), she married and raised two sons Ryan and Dylan with husband Hoss. During her nine years with Johnson & Johnson in Sherman and Arlington, Texas, she worked in operations management in the highly regulated medical devices industry. Then, licensed to practice law in Texas (since 2002) and New York (since 2009) and admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, she advised startups and the creatives in the medical device and arts & entertainment sectors in her solo practice in intellectual property law. Having value and respect for the creative process, she expresses it through her role as artist agent for a selected European visual artist and an American musician/composer. A member of the truly jet set, Vesna has extensively traveled the US and its territories of Puerto Rico and St. Thomas as well as the countries of Canada, France, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, St. Barts, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Serbia, Greece, Montenegro, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Algeria and a number of island nations in the Caribbean. You may find her frequently in attendance at cultural events and trade shows such as Art Basel Miami, AFM, MIDEM and the Cannes Film Festival and Market. As one of her for social benefit passions, Vesna gives her time and shares her talents at son Dylan’s startup business, DylanListed® LLC, that is making it easier for American businesses of all sizes, including federal contractors and subcontractors, to connect with and recruit qualified job seekers with disabilities who self-identify, including students of special education and disabled veterans. She is helping Dylan to secure strategic partnerships in Miami and across Florida to increase subscribers to the DylanListed® enterprise grade online application.
