Built in 2007 and 2008 by WSG Development, Canyon Ranch was designed by
Arquitectonica, with interior designs by The Rockwell Group.Canyon Ranch
condos consist of three towers. The North tower has 207 units, the
South Tower has 146, and the Carillton Tower has 80 residences, with
penthouses on Floors 11-16.

offering fresh, energizing drinks.
The other amenities at Canyon Ranch include concierge services, 24-hour
doorman and lobby reception, 24-hour security, security-controlled
elevator system, card room, party room, full-service beauty salon, a
Living Essentials boutique carrying a wide selection of skin care
products and luxuries, walking and biking paths along the beach, common
play areas, four pools, seaside sun terraces and personal cabanas,
beachside and poolside food and beverage services, with 765 linear feet
